The program is especially dedicated to people with a BMI over 29 kg/m² – overweight or obese, often with accompanying metabolic issues (e.g. insulin resistance, hypertension, lipid disorders).
This program is for you if:
you have excess body weight and want to start treatment with non-pharmacological methods,
your doctor mentioned obesity medications, but you prefer to try lifestyle changes first,
you have already tried various diets, but without lasting effects and a clear plan,
you need specialist care, schedule and support after returning home.
You don’t need to be "fit" to start – the program and exercise level are individually tailored after consultation with a physiotherapist.
Choose from three diets:
Low-calorie diet (1800 kcal) – balanced, varied, for those who want to safely reduce body weight and start eating healthily.
Low Carb diet (2000 kcal) – a low-carbohydrate diet for people with insulin resistance or the need for better glycemic control (meals with a lower glycemic index).
Central European Mediterranean diet (1800 kcal) – inspired by the Mediterranean diet, based on local products; especially recommended for increased risk of cardiovascular disease and dyslipidemia.
