Stays with the classic diet is a suggestion for persons who do not participate in health programs at the Sofra Health Institute in Karpacz but wish to have a good holiday in the mountains, and enjoy "homemade" flavors and a personalized offer of activities and rehabilitation treatments. Classic diet stays are not recommended for individuals with health disorders, especially on the spectrum of metabolic syndrome, obesity, or food intolerances.
The price includes:
- Video lecture by Dr. Ewa Dąbrowska during the first and second week of the stay, and a series of lectures on healthy nutrition;
- Body composition analysis (1 time during the stay);
- Medical care and the possibility of consultation with a nutritionist;
- 24-hour reception;
- Ping-pong table;
- Access to the gym;
- Wi-Fi Internet in the entire facility;
- Nordic walking poles rental;
- 8-hour kindergarten (during winter holidays and summer season);
- Possibility of using the chapel;
- Monitored parking;
- Free hospitality for children up to 4 years of age (with the possibility of buying meals);
- 60% payment for a stay of children aged 4-12.
Stays withthe classic diet includes full board: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The menu is balanced in terms of nutritional value but also includes items that are not recommended for a healthy diet. Guests can enjoy a wide range of herbal teas during meals.
The stay begins (Saturday) with a lunch at 13:30. Since the hotel day ends at 10:00, the last meal of the stay is Saturday breakfast (at 8:30).
The 7-day stay includes (adult variant):
- 1 physical therapy treatment of a series daily excluding nitrogen cryotherapy (7-day stay - 5 treatments);
- Aquatizer dry spine hydromassage (7-day stay - 6 treatments);
- fango wrap (7-day stay - 2 treatments);
- Morning outdoor gymnastics with a physiotherapist (5 sessions);
- pool gymnastics with a therapist (5 sessions);
- spinal and respiratory gymnastics (5 sessions);
- body composition analysis 1 time per stay (minimum 7-day stay);
- swimming pool - package (swimming, dry sauna, steam sauna, jacuzzi);
- full boarding (breakfast, lunch, and dinner);
- during meals, guests can enjoy any set of teas.
- During your stay, we charge a tourist tax in the amount set by the City Council.
- It is possible to perform specialized diagnostic tests for food intolerance (46 nutrients) at a fee of 500zł.
