Join us for a seven-day detoxification and rehabilitation stay based on vegatable and fruit diet by Dr. Ewa Dąbrowska. We provide an individual selection of dietary options and a rich package of treatments tailored to the needs of each Patient. The stay plan was developed by renowned specialists: dieticians, specialists in internal medicine, and physiotherapists, to provide the Patients with optimal results for their health stay: weight loss, improvement of health, and mental condition. All this in the heart of Karpacz, overlooking Śnieżka peak. We offer four forms of the diet, namely juice, boiled, raw, and classic.
The price includes:
- Video lecture by Dr. Ewa Dąbrowska during the first and second week of the stay, and a series of lectures on healthy nutrition;
- Free elimination of allergenic nutrients from the diet;
- Body composition analysis (1 time during the stay);
- Medical care and the possibility of consultation with a nutritionist;
- 24-hour reception;
- Ping-pong table;
- Access to the gym;
- Wireless Internet in the entire facility;
- Nordic Walking poles rental;
- 8-hour kindergarten (during winter holidays and summer seasons);
- Possibility of using the chapel;
- Monitored parking;
- Free hospitality for children up to 4 years of age (with the possibility of buying meals);
- 60% payment for a stay of children aged 4-12.
The stay includes full board (breakfasts, lunches, dinners), according to the selected variant of Dr Ewa Dąbrowska's diet, taking into account any food intolerances. Patients can also enjoy a wide selection of herbal teas with their meals.
The stay always begins on Saturday with a lunch at 13:30 and also ends on Saturday with a breakfast at 8:30 (check-out until 10:00).
The 14-day stay includes (for adult guests):
- 1 physical therapy treatment in a series per day excluding nitrogen cryotherapy (7-day stay - 5 treatments);
- morning outdoor gymnastics with a physiotherapist (7-days stay - 5 sessions)
- pool gymnastics with a physiotherapist (7-days stay - 5 sessions)
- fango wrap (2x week);
- Aquatizer dry hydromassage (3x week);
- morning outdoor gymnastics with a physiotherapist (5 sessions);
- spinal and respiratory gymnastics (5 sessions);
- body composition analysis 1 time per stay (minimum 7-day stay)
- swimming pool - package (swimming, dry sauna, steam sauna, jacuzzi);
- guests may select any tea sets during meals.
- A tourist tax is charged on site according to the rates set by the City Council for a given calendar year.
- We perform food intolerance tests with expert result interpretation (46 nutrients) at a price of 500 zł.

Children aged under 4 do not pay for accommodation and can purchase meals,
Children aged 5-12 receive a discount of about 40% off the base stay and children's meals,
Children aged 13 and over pay an adult rate.
During summer vacations and winter holidays, the kindergarten is open 9.30-18.00
