Join us for a 7-day weight loss stay in the mountains based on a healthylow-calorie diet combined with activities adapted to the patient's expectations and health condition. The stay schedule was developed by our specialists in dietetics, rehabilitation and treatment of the effects of civilization diseases. We provide comprehensive medical and dietary care, and a full range of rehabilitation, relaxation, and SPA treatments. The effects of the stay include weight loss, and more importantly, improved health and well-being.
The price includes:
- Video lecture by Dr. Ewa Dąbrowska during the first and second week of the stay, and a series of lectures on healthy nutrition;
- Body composition analysis (1 time during the stay);
- Medical care and the possibility of consultation with a nutritionist;
- 24-hour reception;
- Ping-pong table;
- Access to the gym;
- Wi-Fi Internet in the entire facility;
- Nordic walking poles rental;
- 8-hour kindergarten (during winter holidays and summer season);
- Possibility of using the chapel;

- Free hospitality for children up to 4 years of age (with the possibility of buying meals);
- 60% payment for a stay of children aged 4-12.
The low-calorie stays include full board - breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The menu includes tasty, low-calorie dishes for weight loss. Patients can also enjoy a wide selection of herbal teas with their meals.
The stay always begins on Saturday, with a lunch at 13:30 and ends also on Saturday, with a breakfast at 8:30 (check-out until 10:00).
The 7-day stay (adult variant) includes:
- 1 physical therapy treatment in a series per day excluding nitrogen cryotherapy (7-day stay - 5 treatments)
- Aquatizer dry spine hydromassage (7-day stay - 6 treatments);
- fango wrap (7-day stay - 2 treatments)
- Morning outdoor gymnastics with a physiotherapist (5 sessions),
- pool gymnastics with a therapist (5 sessions),
- spinal and respiratory gymnastics (5 sessions)
