The program is especially dedicated to individuals with a BMI above 29 kg/m² – with overweight or obesity, often accompanied by metabolic issues (e.g., insulin resistance, hypertension, lipid disorders).
This program is for you if:
you have excess body weight and want to begin treatment using non-pharmacological methods,
your doctor mentioned obesity medications but you prefer to try lifestyle changes first,
you have tried various diets before, but without lasting effects and a clear plan,
you need specialist care, a schedule, and support after returning home.
You don’t have to be “fit” to start – the program and activity level are individually tailored after consultation with a physiotherapist.
Choose from three diets:
Low-calorie diet (1800 kcal) – balanced, varied, for people aiming to safely reduce body weight and eat healthily.
Low Carb diet (2000 kcal) – low-carbohydrate diet for individuals with insulin resistance or the need for better glycemic control (meals with a lower glycemic index).
Mediterranean-Polish diet (1800 kcal) – inspired by the Mediterranean diet, based on local products; particularly recommended for those at increased risk of cardiovascular diseases and dyslipidemia.
