Fruit and vegetable diet (7 days)

Included in the vegetable and fruit diet packages, we provide full meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) based on the principles of. of Dr. Ewa Dabrowska's vegetable and fruit diet. . We guarantee proven recipes and tasty dishes conducive to weight loss and improved health. During meals, patients can enjoy a wide range of herbal teas.

The package stay lasts from Saturday to Saturday. It begins with lunch at 13:30 and ends with breakfast at 8:30. The check-out time is 10:00.

The 7-day package stay includes (adult variant):

• medical and nurse care;
• consultations with a nutritionist;
• 1 physical therapy treatment per day in the series excluding nitrogen cryotherapy (7-day stay - 5 treatments);
• Aquatizer dry spinal hydromassage (7-day stay - 3 treatments)- for adults;

• morning outdoor gymnastics with a physiotherapist (7-days stay - 5 sessions) – for adults;
