Our health-promoting programs are based on diets developed by Sofra Health Institute's specialists. The unique menus are designed based on in-depth knowledge of dietetics and nutrition technology.

Dr Ewa Dabrowska's vegetable and fruit diet is based on a menu of low-starch vegetables and some fruits. Its purpose is to cleanse the body of toxins and prevent and treat the effects of civilization diseases. As a result, patients lose excess weight and improve their health and well-being.

The Baltic Longevity Diet* is based on the principles of the Mediterranean diet enriched with homemade high-fibre prebiotic bread and fruit and vegetable smoothies of a reserved recipe. An important part of the diet is a four-day fasting during which patients consume vegetable broth and herbal infusions.

The low-calorie diet is based primarily on products with a low glycemic index, and the value of meals ranges around 1,500 calories. The menu includes dishes based on whole foods, providing the body with everything it needs to lose weight in a healthy and balanced way.

In a balanced diet, carbohydrates should supply 44 to 65% of daily caloric requirements. In the case of the low-carb diet, their amount is limited. Its most restrictive variant assumes that the share of carbohydrates in the energy obtained from food in a day should only amount to around 10%. Regardless of the type of carbohydrate diet, it is always based primarily on protein and fat consumption.
