The whole-food diet is recommended for individuals seeking a healthy diet, with lowered immunity, in convalescence, and with mood disorders. It restores the balance of intestinal microflora, and improves health and well-being. During the 7-day whole-food diet holiday, our patients follow an optimal program composed by our specialists. It combines a nutrition model that best suits the natural needs of the body and an personalized series of activities and rehabilitation treatments.
The price includes:
- Video lecture by Dr. Ewa Dąbrowska during the first and second week of the stay, and a series of lectures on healthy nutrition;
- Body composition analysis (1 time during the stay);
- Medical care and the possibility of consultation with a nutritionist;
- 24-hour reception;

The stay with whole-food diet includes full board - breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The menu is enriched with groups of products with strong antioxidant potential, immunomodulating effects, and those that help maintain the balance of intestinal microflora. During meals, patients can enjoy a wide range of herbal teas.
The stay always begins on Saturday, with a lunch at 13:30 and ends also on Saturday, with a breakfast at 8:30 (check-out until 10:00).
In the adult option, the seven-day stay includes:
- 1 physical therapy treatment in a series per day excluding nitrogen cryotherapy (7-day stay - 5 treatments)
- Aquatizer dry spine hydromassage (7-day stay - 6 treatments);
- fango wrap (7-day stay - 2 treatments)
- Morning outdoor gymnastics with a physiotherapist (5 sessions),
- pool gymnastics with a therapist (5 sessions),
