Stay with classic diet is an offer for people who do not undertake health programs at the Sofra Health Institute in Karpacz but want to enjoy their mountain holidays, savoring "homemade" flavors and taking advantage of a personalized offer of activities and rehabilitation treatments. Stays with a classic diet are not recommended for people with health disorders, especially from the metabolic syndrome spectrum, obesity or food intolerances.
