Holidays with a classic diet - Balanced edition of Polish home cooking.

Stays with the classic diet is a suggestion for persons who do not participate in health programs at the Sofra Health Institute in Karpacz but wish to have a good holiday in the mountains, and enjoy "homemade" flavors and a personalized offer of activities and rehabilitation treatments. Classic diet stays are not recommended for individuals with health disorders, especially on the spectrum of metabolic syndrome, obesity, or food intolerances.

The price includes:

  • Video lecture by Dr. Ewa Dąbrowska during the first and second week of the stay, and a series of lectures on healthy nutrition;
  • Body composition analysis (1 time during the stay);
  • Medical care and the possibility of consultation with a nutritionist;
  • 24-hour reception;
  • Ping-pong table;
  • Access to the gym;
  • Wi-Fi Internet in the entire facility;
  • Nordic walking poles rental;
  • 8-hour kindergarten (during winter holidays and summer season);
  • Possibility of using the chapel;
