Sundays with classic diet is an offer for people who do not undertake health programs at the Sofra Health Institute in Karpacz, but want to spend a good holiday in the mountains, enjoying "home tastes and taking advantage of the individualized offer of classes and rehabilitation treatments. Stays with a classic diet are not recommended for people with health disorders, especially those with metabolic syndrome, obesity or food intolerances.
