The whole-food diet is recommended for individuals seeking a healthy diet, with lowered immunity, in convalescence, and with mood disorders. It restores the balance of intestinal microflora, and improves health and well-being. During the fourteen-day whole-food diet holiday, our patients follow a program perfectly composed by our specialists, combining a nutrition model that best suits the body's natural needs and an personalized series of rehabilitation activities and treatments.
The price includes:
- Video lecture by Dr. Ewa Dąbrowska during the first and second week of the stay, and a series of lectures on healthy nutrition;
- Body composition analysis (1 time during the stay);
- Medical care and the possibility of consultation with a nutritionist;
- 24-hour reception;
- Ping-pong table;
- Access to the gym;
- Wi-Fi Internet in the entire facility;
- Nordic walking poles rental;
- 8-hour kindergarten (during winter holidays and summer season);

A stay with the whole-food diet includes full board - breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The menu is enriched with groups of products with strong antioxidant potential, immunomodulating effects, and those that help maintain the balance of intestinal microflora. During meals, patients can enjoy a wide range of herbal teas.
The stay always begins on Saturday with a lunch at 13:30 and also ends on Saturday with a breakfast at 8:30 (check-out until 10:00).
The 14-day stay includes (for adult guests):
- 1 physical therapy treatment in a series per day excluding nitrogen cryotherapy (7-day stay - 5 treatments)
- Aquatizer dry spine hydromassage (14-day stay - 6 treatments,
- fango wrap (14-day stay - 4 treatments)
- morning outdoor gymnastics with a physiotherapist (10 sessions),
- pool gymnastics with a physiotherapist (10 sessions),
- spinal and respiratory gymnastics (10 sessions)

- We charge a tourist tax on site according to the rates set by the City Council.
