To grind flaxseeds, you can use a coffee grinder, a strong blender or possibly a mortar and mortar. It's best to use them right away. Buying already ground flax is not the best solution, because it is usually sold in a defatted form, and its long-term storage reduces its nutritional value even more.

You can also make a drink with whole grains. Just boil the beans over low heat for 10-15 minutes, then strain through a sieve to get a clear liquid.
