The package based on the whole-foods diet is a suggestion for individuals with lowered immunity, mood disorders, imbalance of intestinal microflora, and all those for whom healthy eating is a prerequisite for well-being During their stay, guests will follow a nutritional program based on the whole-food diet combined with a personalized plan of rehabilitation and relaxation activities. The package with the whole-food diet includes full board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). The menu includes dishes enriched with groups of products with strong antioxidant potential and immune-modulating effects. Complementing the treatment is a wide selection of herbal teas that guests may enjoy with their meals.
The stay begins on Saturday with a lunch (at 13:30) and ends on Saturday with breakfast at 8:30 (check-out until 10:00).
The 7-day stay for adults includes:
